Ski Dog Yes, we are still water skiing in Arizona. Today it was a perfect 90 degree day at Lakeside Ski Village in Gila Bend, AZ. The water is cooling off to meet the nighttime temperatures, but I have been able to ski without a chill guard or wetsuit. The forecast for the coming weekend shows cooler temperatures that will be dropping to the high 70s but still very skiable. Of course the luxury of a hot tub on shore always helps to extend ones water ski season.

We have some new owners at Lakeside that have come from Michigan. Of course for them, our current weather and water temperature feel like summer. We had the opportunity to share dinner and ski stories with them this weekend. Nothing like food and a common interest to get a new friendship started. I know our family is looking forward to many more great times at the lake with our new friends.
