As seen in the Arizona Republic... Posted on 19th Jul, 2014 by Susan Talarico

Recently, I was contacted by the Arizona Republic due to my knowledge of the water ski property market in Arizona.  Below is an excerpt and link to the article that appeared in print and on the web.

Of course, living in paradise comes at a price. Renfrow said there's very little turnover in Crystal Point, and Susan Talarico, a water-skier and Scottsdale-based agent with Dominic & Co. International Real Estate, confirmed as much. She said the last sale there was in January, and the house sold for $1,299,000. Before that, she added, a short sale in February 2011 went for $900,000. But there are at least two other nearby options in Gilbert: SanTan Lakeside Estates, which has lots that require a minimum 3,000-square-foot home, and Playa del Rey Estates, which features more of a recreational-style lake. And there are a few other communities around the state. Talarico, for instance, has a home in the Gila Bend community of Lakeside Ski Village.
